  1. Titanium Zinc is a natural material that develops a patina over time through the processes of wetting and drying cycles. The patina gives the material its own protection therefore surface treatments are not needed. This patina develops naturally over time and brings forth a material that is low to no-maintenance. In fact, zinc is what's called a 'sacrificial' metal - when and if it gets scratched - the patina will self-heal and the scratch will go away over a period of time.

    However, soiling sometimes does occur during the construction phase where dust may render fingerprints. Contamination from bird droppings may also occur. Fingerprints or residue may be removed to stop staining with Sweeper.
